Job Description:

We are looking for a technical coordinator, specialized in Microsoft technologies, with experience in project management for various projects developed in .Net.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and delivery of the organization’s software products
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team(s)
  • Work with the Enterprise Account Manager, Chief Technologist, and Team Leads to sequence/coordinate development activities within an Agile/Iterative-style development environment
  • Ensure that best practices for coding, architecture, and security are employed across all teams consistently, and maintain responsibility for the quality development of internal and external applications
  • Manage timelines and resources (internal and external) within the company’s software development lifecycle
  • Provide hands-on development and mentoring as necessary for other members of the development team
  • Ensure awareness, involvement, and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle
  • Ownership, development, and management of allocated projects
  • Work on a wide range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing, solutions and processes

 

Requirements:

  • Web: Proficient in designing and building web applications using Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Web Services
  • UI development: JavaScript, jQuery
  • Entity Framework, ADO.NET, MSSQL or Oracle
  • Experience in formal personal development planning and individual, team and process performance management
  • Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 6 years of development experience
  • Experience in creating personal development plans for team members, and in building teams and processes; performance management experience is also a must

Can be a Plus if you had contact with:

  • UI development experience with: AngularJS, HTML 4+, CSS2+
  • Mobile experience in Windows, Android, IOS
  • Unity experience
  • Desktop development with Windows Forms
  • Application security: understanding of web vulnerability mitigation techniques and industry best practices
